Why I created this program
I’ve experienced imposter syndrome and strong self-doubt for most of my life— academically, in the workplace, and even with hobbies. I’ve felt the underlying anxiety, fear, and perfectionism that comes with being under its grip on a daily basis. I felt like I was always holding my breath waiting for a mistake to prove that I was undeserving to be where I was.
Over the last few years, there’s been a shift in my relationship with my inner imposter critic. I want to share methods and techniques that have worked for me in the hopes that more people can feel liberated from imposter syndrome and courageously lead, create, and follow their passions.

Identify methods to notice and work with it when it arises
Cultivate inner resources that will support you to be your authentic self

Logistics:
Intimate group (12 max people)
6 weeks
6 group meetings (1.5 hours each; 12 max people per group)
3 optional 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour each scheduled at your convenience)
Expect to spend about 2 hours per week on the program, including the 1.5 hour meeting each week.

Laying the Foundation
Connect with the group and identify how imposter syndrome impacts your life. You’ll also pick a self-compassion practice that will support you throughout the program.
Meeting the Inner Imposter Critic
Better understand motivations behind the imposter critic, its origin, triggers, and impact.
Connect with your Inner Wisdom
Gain clarity on your values & purpose, as well as how to live them more in your daily life.
Comparison and Redefining Success
Explore the root of comparison and release limiting beliefs, expectations, and stories that are holding you back. Reframe what success and accomplishment mean to you.
Boundaries, Overwork, & Perfectionism
Clarify your most important boundaries and identify the perfectionist tendencies that keep you playing small.
Standing in your Power
Acknowledge your growth and transformation. Set intentions for continuing to step into your badassery!
